All names are usually given in the bibliography for works by three to six persons. In the footnote, give the name of the first author followed by et al. with no intervening comma. For works with more than six authors, list the first three in the bibliography, followed by et al.; in notes, only the first author is listed (Chicago Manual of Style, 18th ed., 13.78).
If it is available, a URL based on a DOI (appended to https://doi.org/) is preferable to the URL that appears in your browser's address bar when viewing the article. In the absence of a DOI, choose the form of the URL offered along with the article...If an article is from a library database, it may be preferable to list the name of the database rather than the URL" (Chicago Manual of Style, 18th ed., 14.72).
"A month or season need not be included in addition to the year for journals that incluce both a volume and an issue number" (Chicago Manual of Style, 18th ed., 14.70).
