Library CardYour Douglas College employee identification card serves as your library card. To get your ID card contact the HR Department directly at 604-527-5440 or humanresources@douglascollege.ca.

This card will give you access to the entire Douglas College Library collection and its databases. We have an extensive collection to help serve you and your students no matter the discipline you teach.

If you have any questions about our Collection Development policy, please feel free to send us your inquiry. We encourage faculty to provide feedback and suggestions on our collection. If you have suggestions on materials that you think would benefit your curriculum, please let us know.

As a Douglas College Faculty member you also may borrow for free from other post secondary institutions in the lower mainland as well as institutions all over BC. To see a complete list of institutions who participate in the Reciprocal Borrowing program please click on the Reciprocal Borrowing link below.

Don't feel like traveling to other institutions to get the book/article/DVD you want? We can bring the item to you! Through our reciprocal borrowing program we can bring in materials that are supporting of work or studies undertaken at the College.
