Marketing 2150 Personal Selling (an introductory course teaching the fundamentals of a sales call with the term project focusing on building a Sales Manual).

Marketing 4410 Sales Management (upper level course focusing on managing a sales force including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training along with quotas, territories and related). 

This guide provides tips on locating case studies that talk about Business To Business (not Business to Consumer) sales techniques along with managing sales people.
